To this end, the company started in 2015, and successively used the battery replacement of lead-acid batteries in more than 3,000 base stations in 12 provinces and cities, which fully verified the safety of the use of the ladder and the technical and economic feasibility.

Stop purchasing lead-acid batteries and vigorously promote the use of lithium batteries. The company has accelerated the demonstration and promotion of base station echelon utilization. The company has formed relevant technical specifications such as "Technical Specifications for Ladder Battery Products", "Requirements for Control of Packaging, Transportation and Storage of Ladders", and led the development of the industry standard "Technical Requirements and Test Methods for Power Stations for Communication Base Stations" to fill the domestic The communication industry uses the technical specification blanks to lead the use of technology.

In the process of vigorously promoting the utilization of power battery ladders, the company has some problems, mainly because the number of decommissioned batteries is currently small, and the downstream enterprises in the industrial chain are competing for the limited retired battery resources, and the purchase price of the battery is high. At the same time, the industry still has bottlenecks in technologies such as residual value assessment. The historical data such as the use of power batteries are urgently needed to evaluate the performance of decommissioned power storage batteries to ensure that the battery products used in the screening and reorganization are safe and reliable.

It is estimated that the application of the battery will be about 5GWh, and the lead-acid battery will be replaced by about 150,000 tons. It is estimated that more than 50,000 tons of decommissioned power batteries can be consumed. In the 17 provinces and municipalities, 150 recycling service outlets have been built, and various application modes such as integrated backup power solutions have been developed. A number of key common technologies such as residual value assessment and rapid detection have been broken, and the technical standardization system has been improved.
